You are the people who live in, work in and visit our town and city centres. We work hard with professionals to make them cleaner, safer, more attractive and accessible so that you can have a better night out.
We understand it’s not perfect so we want to raise standards and broaden the appeal of our towns and cities at night. We want more people to come out at night, not just young people, but families with young children and older people.
The Bar and Pub industry will be the mainstay of most town and cities at night. But this industry needs to be supported by other activities. We want our town and cities to offer a more diverse range of activity which could include arts & culture, leisure, food & dining, education and events. It also needs to be supported by good transport links and provide a safe environment.
